Please note: This position is offered on a temporary basis till May 2027 to provide support during a period of increased workload associated with the implementation of a new ERP system. Order Fulfillment Coordinator DB EMEA What will you do? Your role involves ensuring that all customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner up until the point of shipment. During your day-to-day tasks, you will communicate with both the distributors, sales and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Your tasks will consist of processing orders and to pro-actively follow-up with delivering the best possible service. This also includes alignment of delivery times and checking order approval with your sales & finance colleagues. Meaning multi-tasking comes with the job! See the bullets below for a summarization of tasks: Order entry from the order forms sent in by distributors and process in order status reports Process order changes requested by distributors Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status up until shipment. Process information about delays in our ERP system and in order status reports Look after key account data and making sure customer accounts are used properly Assist in the creation and preparation of shipping documents Verify order details, including product availability. Update stock availability lists Who are you? We are looking for a motivated person with a proactive mindset who can handle and solve any issues that may occur with a customer-focused approach. We are looking for a new colleague who is: Ideally in the possession of a diploma in Order Fulfillment or Supply Chain. Core Responsibilities
Process distributor orders and requested changes, track order status and delays, and serve as the customer contact through shipment. Coordinate delivery timing and order approvals with sales and finance, verify product availability, maintain account and stock information, and help prepare shipping documents.
Requirements
A diploma in Order Fulfillment or Supply Chain is preferred, along with familiarity with Windows software, MS Office, and Exact; Oracle knowledge is a plus. Candidates should be proficient in English, communicate effectively, understand administrative and logistics processes, and demonstrate strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, and a proactive customer-focused approach; Dutch is an advantage but not required.
