What You’ll Do Every project is unique, but here are some examples of what our freelancers do: Develop HR strategies and implement them hands-on. Lead projects on topics like recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance, and employee engagement. Build and refine company values, culture initiatives, and training programs. Support operational improvements, such as onboarding processes or implementing HRIS tools. Act as interim HR professionals for clients, stepping in where needed to fill gaps. Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, and lead projects involving recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance, and employee engagement. Build company values and culture initiatives, develop training programs, improve HR operations such as onboarding and HRIS implementation, and provide interim HR support to clients.

Requirements
