📍 Netherlands (remote, with regular visits to our office in Namur) · 🚀 Path to Country Manager 👋 What is Expandia? Expandia is a talent management agency specialising in influencer marketing. We represent content creators (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) on an exclusive basis and sell their partnerships to brands. By the numbers: - 3,000+ campaigns run since 2022 - 600+ brands worked with - 50 exclusive creators, grouped by niche (tips & tricks, automotive, home renovation, storytelling, lifestyle, business, food…) - A fast-growing team of 12 people in Namur, Belgium After our success in the French-speaking market, we're now opening the Netherlands. That's where you come in. 🎯 Your role You'll be our first Business Developer in the Netherlands. You'll represent around ten Dutch creators in one niche, and your job is to find them profitable, long-lasting partnerships with brands. - Prospect: identify the brands that fit your creators, run your outreach sequences, activate your network - Sell: run discovery calls, build tailored proposals, negotiate and close deals - Grow your creators: understand their goals, support them day to day, be their strategic partner - Build your portfolio: sign the first Dutch creators together with our recruitment team - Hand over signed campaigns to our Campaign Managers, and keep the brand relationship over the long term You'll work closely with Xavier, our Head of International Expansion, who will coach you and share everything that has worked for us in France. We already work with brands that want to run campaigns in the Netherlands, so you won't start from zero. 🚀 Your path to Country Manager This role is built to grow. As soon as you hit your monthly target three months in a row, you become Country Manager Netherlands. That means a better package, your own team of Business Developers to recruit and lead, and the results of Expandia Netherlands in your hands. Core Responsibilities

Develop Expandia's business in the Netherlands by prospecting brands, selling influencer partnerships, and building long-term brand relationships. Represent and support Dutch creators, recruit the initial creator portfolio, and work toward leading the Netherlands team as Country Manager.

Requirements

Candidates should have a successful track record in sales or business development, native Dutch, and fluent English; French is a plus. They should be target-driven, structured, independent, entrepreneurial, interested in content creators and social media, and willing to travel regularly to Namur.
