The role As an Investment Associate, you will help turn investment opportunities into well-founded decisions. You will independently analyse funds, co-investments and markets, challenge assumptions and present clear recommendations to the investment team. You will also help keep work moving after an investment committee decision, coordinating with colleagues across the business. This is a role for someone who enjoys doing the analytical work but also wants to take ownership of the wider process. You will build your knowledge of fund managers, companies and investment strategies, contribute to conversations with them and help us spot opportunities worth exploring. Concretely, you will: Own market maps and track developments across relevant sectors and geographies. Carry out independent analysis and due diligence on potential fund investments, including performance, strategy, team and risks. Assess co-investment opportunities by analysing the company, market, valuation and deal terms. Build and review financial analyses, and turn your findings into clear investment recommendations. Participate in discussions with fund managers and other investment partners. Review the quality of analyses and investment materials before decisions are made. Coordinate post-investment-committee steps with internal stakeholders. Build productive relationships across the investment team and help improve how we assess opportunities. Your profile You have approximately 3–4 years of relevant investment experience, ideally involving fund analysis, due diligence or manager selection. You are ready to own a piece of work from the first question through to a recommendation, while knowing when to draw on colleagues’ expertise. Additionally, you bring: Strong analytical skills and sound judgement about risk and return. The ability to explain complex findings clearly, in writing and in conversation. An understanding of investment terms and the commercial implications of fund documentation. The confidence to work with fund managers and colleagues across different teams. Attention to detail, initiative and a sense of responsibility for the quality of the final decision. Core Responsibilities

Analyze and conduct due diligence on fund and co-investment opportunities, assess markets and risks, and develop clear investment recommendations. Engage with fund managers and investment partners, review investment materials, and coordinate follow-up actions after investment committee decisions.

Requirements

Approximately 3–4 years of relevant investment experience, ideally in fund analysis, due diligence, or manager selection. Requires strong analytical judgement, understanding of investment terms and fund documentation, clear communication, confidence working with stakeholders, and ownership of high-quality work.
