Voor onze vestiging in Son, vlak bij Eindhoven, zoekt Nefab cleanroom employees voor minimaal 32 uur per week. Je werkt in een team van 20 collega's. We werken nu in dagdienst vanaf 8:00 uur; eerder beginnen kan in overleg. De functie In Son werken we met twee ruimtes. In de whiteroom maken we verpakkingsmaterialen en machineonderdelen zo schoon mogelijk voordat ze de cleanroom in gaan. In de cleanroom reinigen we alles tot op het kleinste deeltje, zodat het zonder één stofje bij de klant aankomt. Als cleanroom employee kun je op beide plekken worden ingezet en zorg je voor het hele proces, van voorreinigen tot verpakken. Je reinigt producten in de whiteroom voor (pre-cleaning) voordat ze de cleanroom in gaan. Je demonteert machineonderdelen en monteert ze na het reinigen weer. Je reinigt verpakkingsmaterialen en machineonderdelen en maakt ze stofvrij. Je verpakt onderdelen en gereedschappen voor (pre-packing). Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens vaste werkinstructies. Jouw profiel Specifieke ervaring heb je niet nodig. Wel werk je nauwkeurig en ben je handig met gereedschap, want je demonteert en monteert onderdelen. Daarnaast spreek je Engels op basisniveau. En verder? Je werkt zorgvuldig en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent betrouwbaar, komt op tijd en houdt je aan werk- en pauzetijden. Je werkt graag samen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en het teamresultaat. Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken (6:00–14:45 / 14:45–23:00) als we opschalen. Hiervoor krijg je een mooie vergoeding. Je mag in Nederland werken: je hebt een geldig paspoort of ID-kaart, of een geldige werkvergunning. Ons aanbod Nefab groeit sterk. Cleanroom Employee Do you enjoy working accurately, are you handy with tools and do you like making sure everything is truly clean? For our site in Son, near Eindhoven, Nefab is looking for cleanroom employees for at least 32 hours per week. You work in a team of 20 colleagues. We currently work day shifts starting at 8:00; an earlier start is possible in consultation. The role In Son, we work with two rooms. In the whiteroom, we make packaging materials and machine parts as clean as possible before they enter the cleanroom. In the cleanroom, we clean everything down to the smallest particle, so it reaches the customer without a single speck of dust. As a cleanroom employee, you can be deployed in both rooms and take care of the whole process, from pre-cleaning to packing. Pre-cleaning products in the whiteroom before they enter the cleanroom. Disassembling machine parts and reassembling them after cleaning. Cleaning packaging materials and machine parts and making them dust-free. Pre-packing parts and tools. Working accurately according to clear work instructions. Your profile You don't need any specific experience. What you do need is to work accurately and be handy with tools, because you disassemble and reassemble parts. You also speak basic English. What else are we looking for? You work carefully and have an eye for detail. You are reliable, on time and stick to working hours and breaks. You enjoy working in a team and feel responsible for quality and the team result. You are willing to work in two shifts (6:00–14:45 / 14:45–23:00) when we scale up. You receive an attractive allowance for this. You are allowed to work in the Netherlands: you have a valid passport or ID card, or a valid work permit. Our offer Nefab is growing fast. Core Responsibilities

Pre-clean packaging materials and machine parts in the whiteroom, then clean them to a high standard in the cleanroom. Disassemble and reassemble machine parts, prepare parts and tools for packing, and follow work instructions throughout the process.

Requirements

No specific prior experience is required; candidates should work carefully, have an eye for detail, and be comfortable using tools to disassemble and reassemble parts. Basic English, reliability, teamwork, and authorization to work in the Netherlands are required, and candidates must be willing to work two shifts if operations scale up.
