Voor onze vestiging in Son en Breugel, vlak bij Eindhoven, zoekt Nefab productiemedewerkers voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en wilt je verder ontwikkelen in een internationale productieomgeving. De functie Als productiemedewerker werk je mee aan het produceren en assembleren van verpakkingsoplossingen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring, technische vaardigheden en ontwikkeling voer je werkzaamheden uit op verschillende niveaus. Vouwen, lijmen en assembleren van verpakkingen en onderdelen. Uitvoeren van eenvoudige tot meer complexe productie- en assemblagewerkzaamheden. Werken volgens duidelijke werkinstructies, technische tekeningen en kwaliteitsafspraken. Controleren van producten op kwaliteit, maatvoering en correcte uitvoering. Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids-, orde- en netheidsregels. Jouw profiel Een specifieke vooropleiding heb je niet nodig. Wel heb je twee rechterhanden, technisch inzicht en de wil om nieuwe taken, technieken en machines te leren. Voor de hogere productieniveaus is ervaring met technische tekeningen, gereedschappen en/of machines belangrijk. Daarnaast spreek je Engels op basisniveau. En verder? Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig. Je bent betrouwbaar, komt op tijd en houdt je aan werk- en pauzetijden. Je werkt graag samen en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en het teamresultaat. Je bent bereid om bij drukte in twee ploegen te werken (6:00–14:45 / 14:45–23:00). Hiervoor krijg je een mooie vergoeding. Je mag in Nederland werken: je hebt een geldig paspoort of ID-kaart, of een geldige werkvergunning. Ons aanbod Nefab groeit sterk. Production Employee Do you enjoy hands-on work, delivering quality and working with colleagues on smart packaging solutions for industrial customers? For our site in Son en Breugel, near Eindhoven, Nefab is looking for production employees for 32 to 40 hours per week. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and you want to keep developing in an international production environment. The role As a production employee, you help produce and assemble packaging solutions. Depending on your experience, technical skills and development, you carry out work at different levels. Folding, gluing and assembling packaging and components. Carrying out simple to more complex production and assembly work. Working according to clear work instructions, technical drawings and quality agreements. Checking products for quality, dimensions and correct execution. Working according to the applicable safety, order and cleanliness rules. Your profile You don't need any specific education or training. What you do need is practical skill with your hands, technical insight and a willingness to learn new tasks, techniques and machines. For the higher production levels, experience with technical drawings, tools and/or machines is important. You also speak basic English. What else are we looking for? You are practical and work accurately. You are reliable, on time and stick to working hours and breaks. You enjoy working in a team and feel responsible for quality and the team result. You are willing to work in two shifts (6:00–14:45 / 14:45–23:00) when it is busy. You receive an attractive allowance for this. You are allowed to work in the Netherlands: you have a valid passport or ID card, or a valid work permit. Our offer Nefab is growing fast. Core Responsibilities

Produce and assemble custom packaging and components by folding, gluing, and carrying out production tasks of varying complexity. Follow work instructions and technical drawings, inspect products for quality and dimensions, and comply with safety and workplace cleanliness rules.

Requirements

No specific education or training is required; candidates should have practical manual skills, technical insight, and a willingness to learn new tasks, techniques, and machines. Basic English is required, and higher production levels benefit from experience with technical drawings, tools, or machines; candidates must also be authorized to work in the Netherlands.
