Job Description: As a Digital Strategy Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to shape complex projects and develop innovative solutions for a wide range of clients. Shape and manage digital transformation projects, from strategy definition to implementation and follow-up. 2. Develop and present value propositions and innovative solutions for clients across various sectors. 3. Conduct digital maturity assessments, identify areas for improvement, and define transformation roadmaps. 4. Evaluate and implement emerging digital technologies, such as cloud and AI. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. 6. Contribute to the development of thought leadership 7. Stay up to date with trends and best practices in the field of digital transformation. Qualifications: 1. At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on digital transformation. 2. Expertise in digital transformation methodologies (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking). 3. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, and automation tools. 4. Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. 5. Proven ability to deliver results, manage stakeholders, and adapt to change. 6. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Core Responsibilities
Lead digital transformation projects from strategy through implementation and follow-up, and develop client value propositions, maturity assessments, and transformation roadmaps. Evaluate emerging technologies, build relationships with clients and partners, contribute to thought leadership, and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of management consulting experience focused on digital transformation, along with expertise in Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking. Candidates should be proficient with cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation tools, and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, adaptability, and teamwork.
