The opportunity We are seeking a Freelance AI Trainer to help diverse audiences understand and apply AI in practical, responsible, and business-relevant ways. Key responsibilities Deliver workshops, webinars, and practical training Teach AI literacy, responsible AI, AI safety, and productivity tools Help organisations solve real business and operational challenges with AI Adapt AIforAll Global materials and develop new content where needed Facilitate discussions on AI opportunities, risks, ethics, and limitations Work with mixed audiences, including professionals, students, NGOs, and public institutions Collect feedback and improve learning programmes What we are looking for Strong practical knowledge of AI and its applications Ability to explain complex ideas clearly Understanding of responsible, safe, and human-centred AI Strong facilitation and communication skills Business problem-solving mindset Previous training experience preferred; exceptional candidates may also be considered Excellent English Dutch, German, Spanish, or Greek is an advantage What we offer Meaningful work with a mission-driven international organisation Flexible remote collaboration Access to a global AI and sustainability network Project-based remuneration agreed according to assignment scope and complexity Apply Apply through our trainer application form. Core Responsibilities
Deliver workshops, webinars, and practical training on AI literacy, responsible AI, AI safety, and productivity tools for diverse audiences. Adapt and develop training materials, help organisations address business and operational challenges with AI, facilitate discussions about AI's opportunities and risks, and improve programmes using participant feedback.
Requirements
Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of AI and its applications, and be able to explain complex ideas clearly. They should understand responsible, safe, human-centred AI and bring strong facilitation, communication, and business problem-solving skills; previous training experience is preferred, and additional listed languages are an advantage.
