Fiche De Poste As a Senior Warehouse Worker you will lead a team of warehouse operators while ensuring smooth cross-docking, loading, and quality control activities. You will work closely with Transport Planning and Customer Service, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across the warehouse operation. Responsibilities Responsible for guiding and leading a team of 4-5 warehouse workers who perform cross docking operations during our shifts. Shifts will be roughly be 6:00 – 15:00, 14:00 – 23:00 and 22:00 -7:00 Maintain contact with our Transport Planning department and make sure all trucks and vans are loaded appropriately. Order picking and general Warehouse related tasks. Inspects incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging. Ensures proper completion of required documentation in accordance with departmental, GMP, and ISO requirements. Performs activities in Quality Control department such as incoming, CQA and final product inspections. Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review. Documents corrective actions and tracks subsequent follow-up activities. Identifies and champions resolution of quality issues. Prepares and conducts trainings for Warehouse Workers. Take charge in creating interdepartmental solutions between our Customer Service, Warehouse and Transport Planning department. Core Responsibilities

Lead a team of four to five warehouse workers performing cross-docking, loading, order picking, and other warehouse tasks, while coordinating truck and van loading with Transport Planning. Conduct inspections and quality-control activities, maintain required documentation, address quality issues and corrective actions, train workers, and develop solutions across Customer Service, Warehouse, and Transport Planning.

Requirements

Applicants must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, a valid Category B driver's license, and warehouse experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with availability for night shifts.
