We are a fast-growing audio series platform delivering captivating, immersive audio content. Our portfolio includes audio series spanning over 100 hours. To support our expansion into the Dutch market, we are looking for detail-oriented Freelance Audio Proof Listeners to join our team and ensure our audio productions meet the highest quality standards. Role Overview As an Audio Proof Listener, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control for our Dutch-language AI audio productions. You will perform long-form voice testing to evaluate shortlisted voice talent and conduct rigorous quality control (QC) on our generated audio before final release. This is a flexible, remote freelance position requiring approximately 20–25 hours per week with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities Voice Testing & Evaluation: Review and rate long-form audio clips (30–60 minutes per clip) to assess tone, delivery, and consistency for shortlisted voices. Audio Quality Control (QC): Conduct thorough proof listening on generated audio files intended for final production. Error Logging: Identify and log errors with precise timestamps into our Content Management System (CMS) portal (e.g., audio jerks, mispronunciations, abrupt cuts, tone inconsistencies). Full training on CMS tools will be provided. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in Dutch with a sharp ear for regional pronunciations, speech flow, and linguistic accuracy. Professional background in audio production, sound editing, or voiceover OR experience in the creative industry with proofing work (proofreading, audio QC, content review). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle audio flaws. Reliable computer setup and high-quality headphones suitable for precise audio monitoring. Position Details & Compensation Employment Type: Freelance Contract Location: Remote (Dutch Market Focus) Weekly Commitment: ~20–25 hours per week Start Date: Immediate Compensation Structure: Base Pay: €20 per final hour reviewed Performance Incentive: 0,4 Cent per verified error logged.

Requirements
