🌍 Making Every Move Matter
At ViCentra, we’re on a mission to redefine what’s possible in diabetes care. We combine technological innovation with human-centered design to empower people with more freedom, confidence, and life on their terms. Our values; Be Bold, Build Trust, Focus on the Customer and Deliver Excellence drive everything we create and every decision we make.

đź‘©đź’» Your impact
As People Operations Specialist, you will step into an organization with strong ambitions, where People Operations is still very much in a build‑up phase. Many processes have grown organically, are only partially documented, and lack consistency and integration. Structure, standardization, and data‑driven ways of working are not yet embedded and that is exactly where your impact begins.
In this role, you’ll champion process improvements, drive best practices, and support the development and implementation of HR policies that help our business thrive. With a keen eye for detail, a commitment to data accuracy, and a strong alignment with our core values; Be Bold, Build Trust, Deliver Excellence, and Focus on the Customer, you’ll help elevate both the employee experience and the reputation of our People Operations function.
This is not a role where everything is already in place. It is a role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up — someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, is comfortable making decisions, and gains energy from creating structure where it currently does not exist. With your work, you will lay the foundation for sustainable growth and a professional employee experience that supports ViCentra’s next phase.
