Job Description
As a Junior Bid Manager, you will learn to work in our end-to-end Bid Management process. You will develop your skills to prepare HRSG and T-SCR proposals to support our Sales process and negotiate contracts in the worldwide marketplace. Together with the Sales Manager, as Junior Bid Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the best design, most fitting technical proposal and lowest possible costs are put forward.

Key tasks & responsibilities
· Assessing the customer’s requests/RFQ
. Maintaining the proposal roadmap
. Performing the proposal engineering (equipment, noise, emissions, etc)
. Guiding the assigned proposal team members (performance, layout, E&I, etc)
. Ensuring feasibility of the offered solution
. Compiling the technical proposal and its cost calculation
· Negotiating scope and requirements with customer
· Handing over to project execution (technical contract and execution budget)
Candidate requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Process Engineering or Energy related subjects
· Min of 2-year experience working as an Engineer or any similar Technical Sales work-experience, in an international B2B environment is a plus
· Fluent in English

Core Responsibilities
The Junior Bid Manager is responsible for assessing customer RFQs, performing proposal engineering, and calculating costs for technical proposals. They also collaborate with the Sales Manager to negotiate contract scopes and ensure the feasibility of offered solutions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, or Energy-related engineering. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical sales role within an international B2B environment is preferred.
