Technology Compliance & Alliance Manager
Key Skills
Job Description
Job Description & Summary
Do you enjoy connecting business, technology and compliance teams, so that complex transformation programs run in a controlled way? Are you looking for a role in which you manage technology alliances and help a growing team scale responsibly?
In our Digital Transformation team, we help organizations navigate complex business transformations where finance, technology, data and regulatory requirements come together. We support clients throughout major transformation programs, from optimizing processes to implementing new technologies. As the team continues to grow, you will play a key role in enabling that growth by making sure regulatory and risk requirements are met and by managing our technology alliances.
This is what you'll do
You will be part of an inclusive team that works at the intersection of business, finance, technology and risk management, collaborating with clients, alliance partners and internal stakeholders.
As a Technology Compliance & Alliance Manager, you support and coordinate the operational, compliance and alliance-related activities that enable our Digital Transformation proposition to scale successfully. You work closely with client engagement teams, alliance partners, internal risk and compliance functions and Digital Transformation leadership. Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing compliance and risk management activities for Digital Transformation solutions, technologies and client engagements, including audit-ready documentation and evidence;
- Supporting internal approval processes, risk assessments and technology governance procedures, including compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001 and SOC 2;
- Coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Information Security and procurement to gather requirements and ensure sign-offs are in place before releases;
- Acting as a bridge between development teams and business and compliance stakeholders, translating technical constraints and compliance requirements for both audiences, in line with PwC's Network Information Security Standards or the client's standards;
- Managing relationships with alliance partners and technology vendors, including joint go-to-market initiatives, and monitoring contractual obligations, alliance requirements and internal and client compliance standards;
- Supporting Digital Transformation leadership with business planning, reporting, pipeline monitoring and operational management, and preparing business cases, partnership plans, steering committee materials and management reporting;
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve governance.
You recognize yourself in this
You are an organized, proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders. You combine strong project management skills with an understanding of technology, governance, risk and business operations, and you are comfortable coordinating with both technical and compliance teams.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, alliance management, business operations, risk management, compliance or consulting, or in a product or project role such as Product Owner, business analyst or scrum master;
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage several priorities at the same time in a fast-paced environment;
- A working understanding of Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps, sufficient to coordinate with delivery teams;
- Awareness of compliance and audit requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001 or SOC 2, sufficient to coordinate with compliance teams;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem solving, and the ability to work independently;
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
Experience with technology alliances, strategic partnerships or software ecosystem management, or within consulting, professional services or technology-enabled businesses, is a strong advantage. The same goes for familiarity with risk management, regulatory compliance and internal governance, experience with finance transformation, reporting or enterprise technology solutions, and experience coordinating compliance requirements with development teams in a regulated or audit-sensitive environment. Knowledge of platforms such as Workiva, LucaNet, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365, or of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS, is a strong advantage as well.
