This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s largest insurers and become part of our Northern Consumer Business team, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
About the role
As Partnership Manager, you will support the management and development of relationships with named partners within Chubb’s Consumer Business across the Northern Region, with a primary focus on the Dutch market. You will work closely with more senior colleagues and partner stakeholders to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support commercial activity, and contribute to the delivery of agreed objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management and development of relationships with assigned partners
- Coordinate day-to-day partner activities and follow up on actions and deliverables
- Help track financial, commercial, and operational targets
- Act as a day-to-day contact for partner stakeholders and internal teams
- Support the identification and development of new business opportunities within existing partnerships
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and performance tracking for partner activity
- Help ensure a high standard of partner service and issue resolution
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and operational improvements as required
Qualifications
What we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on professional with:
- A relevant degree, preferably BBA or similar
- 2–4 years of experience in account support, partnership management, operations, or a similar role
- Interest in relationship management and business development, ideally within insurance or financial services
- A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented working style
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe when required

Requirements
Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in account support or partnership management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. A relevant degree, such as a BBA, and fluency in both Dutch and English are required.
