Job Description

DUBAI BASED ROLE. Relocation would be required but with highly competitive, tax free salary package. Company Profile: Property Finder is the leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, dedicated to shaping an inclusive future for real estate while spearheading the region’s growing tech ecosystem. At its core is a clear and powerful purpose: To change living for good in the region. Founded on the value of great ambitions, Property Finder connects millions of property seekers with thousands of real estate professionals every day. The platform offers a seamless and enriching experience, empowering both buyers and renters to make informed decisions. Since its inception in 2007, Property Finder has evolved into a trusted partner for developers, brokers, and home seekers. As a lighthouse tech company, it continues to create an environment where people can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the transformation of real estate in MENA. Role Summary The AI Strategist leads Property Finder's AI engagements end to end with a set of our most strategic agencies and developers. You are the person the client's CEO or COO calls. You find the business problem worth solving, define the AI solution that will move their numbers, lead the two Forward Deployed Engineers who build it, and stay accountable until it is live, adopted and its impact is measured. This is a business-minded, client-facing role at the level of an Engagement Manager at a top consulting firm. It is the same role as a Deployment Strategist at Palantir, ElevenLabs or OpenAI. You don't need to write production code. You do need to be able to read a data model, prototype a simple AI workflow, challenge an engineer's estimate and explain the trade-offs to a non-technical client. Key Responsibilities Build the relationship and find the use cases Build trusted relationships with client owners, managing directors and operating teams; hold the senior relationship on solutions alongside the account team. Run discovery: understand how the client lists properties, generates and converts leads, manages agents and markets itself; find where AI and Property Finder data can change a number they care about. Define and prioritise use cases, such as listing creation, lead response, marketing spend and agent productivity, with a business case, target metric and success criteria for each. Run the engagement and the product Own the engagement plan and backlog: scope, sequence, milestones and timeline, agreed with the client decision-maker and the VP before work starts. Act as product manager for what the pod builds: write the requirements, set priorities, unblock the engineers, and keep the build tied to the outcome rather than the spec. Move solutions from prototype to production to adoption: train the client's teams, manage change, and embed the solution in their routines. Measure impact against a control group with Analytics, and report results to client leadership with a clear storyline. Scale What Works Turn each engagement into reusable assets: playbooks, templates, case studies. Feed a structured view of client needs into Product; argue for what should become a standard product for all clients. Spot renewal and expansion opportunities early and route them to the account team, without carrying a sales quota yourself. The Person 6–9 years of experience, including 3+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm at Engagement Manager / Project Leader level, or an equivalent client-leading role in a deployment, forward deployed or solutions team at a technology company. Has led multi-month client engagements end to end with a team of 2–5, owning scope, the client relationship and the outcome. Hands-on with AI: has scoped or shipped LLM-based tools or agents, understands how they are built, evaluated and adopted, and is excited by what they can do for a client's business. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving; comfortable with SQL and spreadsheets, and able to pull and sanity-check data yourself. Working technical literacy: APIs, data pipelines, CRM systems; can hold an architecture conversation and spot a bad estimate. Exceptional written and verbal communication; has built storylines and presented to CEO-level audiences, and can explain technical content simply. Commercial judgment: understands what drives a client's profitability and how that connects to their spend with Property Finder. Comfortable in ambiguity and in someone else's office; low ego, high ownership. Our promise to talent At Property Finder, we believe talent thrives in an environment where you can be your best self. Where you are empowered to create, elevate, grow, and care. Our team is made up of the best and brightest, united by a shared ambition to change living for good in the region. We attract top talent who want to make an impact. We firmly believe that when our people grow, we all succeed.
