About Amiio Amiio is building the AI Operating Layer for Real Estate. We bring all of a real estate organization's data and knowledge together into one intelligent platform. Through AI-powered skills, automated workflows, and actionable insights, we enable real estate professionals to work smarter and make better decisions. We're a fast-growing AI company working with leading real estate organizations, with the ambition to fundamentally change how the industry operates. The role You'll be a core domain expert at Amiio, making sure everything we build reflects how real estate finance teams actually work. Great real estate AI needs hands-on finance experience behind it: how NOI is built up, why a service charge reconciliation goes wrong, what an asset manager checks before a hold or sell decision. You'll bring that depth into every skill we build, which puts this role at the core of our vision, not on the side of it. You'll be involved from the first customer conversation to what we ship next, working closely with our founders, Product, Data and Engineering. What you'll do Be the domain expert in the room. Sit with finance teams, controllers and asset managers. Learn how they really work, and challenge the steps that exist only because they always have. Turn financial workflows into AI skills. Take reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations and portfolio analysis and rebuild them as skills in Amiio. Map the customer's data with our Data and Engineering teams and own the result from discovery to delivery. Teach Amiio real estate. Review how users interact with the platform, spot where it misreads the domain, research the gap and expand our knowledge model. Much of this won't come from a ticket; you'll find it yourself. Shape what we build next. Bring what you learn to Product and Engineering and help decide which reusable skills and features every customer gets. What you bring 2+ years in real estate finance, for example in asset management, controlling, fund or portfolio reporting, or advisory. A relevant degree in real estate, finance, economics, accounting, business or a similar field. A strong financial foundation. You're at home in financial reporting, accounting structures, budgeting and portfolio performance, and you can read a rent roll and a P&L without a guide. Commercial instinct. You understand the decisions behind managing properties and portfolios, not only the numbers that report on them. Curiosity about technology. You don't need to code. You do want to learn how AI skills, data and knowledge graphs work, and to work side by side with engineers. Ownership. You spot what needs improving and act on it without waiting to be asked. Fluent English. Dutch is a plus. Nice to have Hands-on experience with real estate or financial systems such as Yardi, MRI or Exact. Exposure to SaaS implementations, workflow automation or AI tools. Core Responsibilities

Partner with real estate finance teams to understand their workflows and translate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and portfolio analysis processes into AI skills. Work with Product, Data, Engineering, and company founders to improve Amiio’s domain knowledge and shape reusable product capabilities.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of real estate finance experience, a relevant degree, and a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and portfolio performance. Candidates should understand commercial property and portfolio decisions, be curious about AI and technology, take initiative, and be fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
