Private Nurse — Post-Natal Residential Care — Riyadh
€5,000 per month
Key Skills
Job Description
A confidential, long-term Private Nurse position is available with a private family in Riyadh.
The family needs a private nurse who can share charge of bedside care with a second nurse, and that is rare.
From Riyadh to Lake Como, the family's travel is yours too, and nursing care follows, mostly under your own judgement.
We verify each private nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries autonomous decision-making.
Requirements
The post requires a registered private nurse with UK or European credentials, able to hold unsupervised responsibility.
You should have worked no fewer than 5 years since qualifying, enough to carry your own judgement.
The family has asked for UK & European-trained private nurses exclusively, a rule the family sets and we keep.
Excellent spoken and written English is expected; so is absolute confidentiality, enforced by NDA - a point the family raises early.
Registration, references and training history are checked by us first, because a post-natal residential care appointment leaves little room for doubt.
Benefits
The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Accommodation within the residence is provided and relocation is arranged by the family, an arrangement that supports autonomous decision-making.
Annual leave and return flights are covered by the family, because a private nurse on alternating shifts needs real time away.
Your employer is the family, and the contract is between the two of you, which protects your autonomy as a private nurse.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Engagement essentials
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
Core Responsibilities
Provide residential post-natal and bedside nursing care, sharing responsibility and alternating shifts with a second nurse. Exercise independent clinical judgment and travel with the family, including internationally.
Requirements
Applicants must be registered nurses with UK or European credentials and at least five years of post-qualification experience. Excellent spoken and written English, absolute confidentiality, and the ability to work independently are required; registration, references, and training history will be verified.
