A private family resident in Dubai has asked us to find a UK & European-trained Private Physician for a stable, live-in role.
When the family leaves Dubai for London or Marbella, you accompany them as part of the appointment, never as an afterthought.
Medical Staff Talent introduces the private physician and verifies every credential; the family, not the agency, is the employing party.
Requirements
Fully qualified family medicine physician (GP) holding current registration in the UK or Europe.
A track record of 3+ years in clinical practice is expected, checked against employer references.
Every private physician we introduce is trained and registered in the UK or Europe, confirmed with the awarding institution.
Fluent English is essential for the private physician, and the standard is set from the first conversation.
You should be ready to travel with the family, and we confirm availability before any introduction.
Benefits
Salary: £218,000 a year gross.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Free accommodation provided by the family.
Medical insurance covered.
Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover.
Paid annual leave is part of the package, giving the private physician a predictable rhythm of work and rest.
The contract is between you and the family alone, with nothing left ambiguous.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Engagement essentials
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.

Requirements
