Requirements Candidates need full nursing registration from a UK or European body. The family expects 5+ years of post-registration nursing experience to build lasting trust with a family. A private nurse must be trained and registered in the UK or Europe, verified by us at the very start. Fluent English and discretion backed by an NDA are expected from day one. Tact, a steady manner and the ability to blend into daily routine are vital. Candidates should be prepared to move at short notice with documents always in order. Benefits You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides accommodation within its residence, and flights. Paid leave, flights home and a stable, settled routine come with the appointment. Employment is agreed with the family personally, with trust established at the point of introduction. Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
