Private Nurse — Long-Term Nursing Appointment — Dubai
€5,000 per month
Key Skills
Job Description
One private family based in Dubai is recruiting a UK & European-trained private nurse, in a long-term nursing appointment built on trust.
The role calls for dependable nursing judgement and an unfailing sense of routine.
Whether the family is in Dubai, in London or on the Riviera, your care travels at their side, because familiar faces matter most away from home.
Your contract is with the family in a direct agreement, with terms discussed openly before you decide.
Requirements
We require full nursing registration within a UK or European system.
At least 3 years of hands-on nursing practice following full registration.
Training and registration must sit within a UK or European system for this private nurse post, verified by us at the very start.
Professional English together with written NDA acceptance are prerequisites for the role.
Quiet professionalism, a steady manner and ease around a private household are essential.
Candidates should be prepared to move at short notice and hold a valid passport.
Benefits
Compensation is gross, from €5,000 a month.
The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.
Provided by the family: accommodation within the family's residence, and flights.
Regular paid leave, flights home and a stable, settled routine come with the appointment.
You sign with the family personally, after we have introduced and verified you.
Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.
Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.
Engagement essentials
Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.
Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
Core Responsibilities
