As an early-stage startup preparing to bring our first product to market, we're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to join us on this journey. About the Role We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the founder and support various aspects of building and growing HomeSea. This is a versatile role that combines business development, operations, research, and project coordination. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at entrepreneurship, contribute to real business challenges, and gain hands-on experience in running an early-stage startup. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to understand what it takes to turn an idea into a successful business. What You'll Be Doing Business Development: Research potential partners, business opportunities, funding programs, and incubators. Strategy & Research: Support market research, competitor analysis, and strategic initiatives. Operations & Administration: Help organize internal processes, documentation, schedules, and day-to-day activities. Communication & Outreach: Assist with contacting potential partners, suppliers, investors, and other stakeholders. Project Coordination: Help manage ongoing initiatives, track progress, and ensure tasks move forward. General Startup Support: Contribute to presentations, applications, events, and other challenges as they arise. Who We're Looking For An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in startups and innovation. Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Independent, adaptable, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in English. Curious about business, entrepreneurship, and building something from the ground up. Requirements

They should be proactive, adaptable, independent, eager to learn, and comfortable working in English; prior startup experience and a specific degree are not required.
