🌍 We’re hiring: Logistics & Odoo Inventory Manager | Remote Pulsbio is growing! We’re looking for an organised, proactive colleague to manage international transport and keep our inventory accurate in Odoo. We trade organic pulses, grains, seeds and nuts, connecting producers with customers across Europe. Your responsibilities: • Request and compare freight quotations, negotiate transport rates and book shipments. • Build relationships with transport companies and freight forwarders. • Coordinate loading and deliveries with suppliers, warehouses and customers. • Manage stock levels, goods movements and inventory accuracy in Odoo. • Track shipments, resolve delays and keep logistics documentation up to date. • Work closely with our purchasing and sales teams to improve efficiency and control costs. What we’re looking for: • Hands-on experience with Odoo, particularly its Inventory module. • Experience in logistics, transport booking and freight rate negotiation. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote role. • Italian, Spanish, English and/or German language skills are a strong advantage. 📍 Remote position within a growing international company. Core Responsibilities

Request and compare freight quotations, negotiate rates, book shipments, and coordinate loading and deliveries with transport providers, suppliers, warehouses, and customers. Maintain accurate stock levels and goods movements in Odoo, track shipments, update logistics documentation, and collaborate with purchasing and sales to improve efficiency and control costs.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Odoo, particularly its Inventory module, and experience in logistics, transport booking, and freight rate negotiation are sought. The role also requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently; Italian, Spanish, English, or German language skills are an advantage.
