Studio Executive Assistant | 32 hours per week Utrecht region Are you an organisational talent with a feel for people, a professional presence and an international mindset? Are you fluent in Dutch, German and English? Casper Schwarz Architects is an internationally operating interior architecture studio designing high-end work environments for leading clients in the Netherlands and beyond. For our close-knit, creative team, we are looking for a Studio Assistant who has the overview, tracks projects, communicates with clients, and ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Your role As Studio Assistant, you are the organisational hub of our studio and the right hand/PA of Casper Schwarz. You will: Manage agendas, appointments and travel, including international trips. Support the design team and coordinate daily studio operations. Handle administration, invoicing and project support. Coordinate meetings, visitors and business events. Client contact and team support. Anticipate what is needed and take action without waiting for instructions. Who are you? Experience in a similar role, an international environment or high-end hospitality is welcome. Requirements
The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, organized, discreet, reliable, accurate, service-minded, and calm under pressure, with confidence using Microsoft Office, Miro, and everyday digital tools. Dutch, German, and English fluency and proximity to Utrecht are requested; similar-role, international-environment, or high-end hospitality experience is welcome, though ambitious early-career candidates are also encouraged.
