Your Responsibilities: Customer Outreach Build relationships with existing and potential customers Follow up with previous customers to maintain their business Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information Conduct product demos and presentations for interested customers Order Processing Accurately Passionate about engineering and customer solutions? Join us as an Inside enter and process orders from customers Work closely with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery Communicate order updates and any potential delays to customers Handle order changes and returns Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service and support Address and resolve customer complaints or issues Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Product Knowledge Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings Educate customers on product features and benefits Continuously learn and adapt to new product releases and updates. Qualifications Bachelor degree and/or proven experience in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in the pumping or water industry is a strong advantage Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English is an asset. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in sales tools and software (e.g., SalesForce, CRM systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques. Core Responsibilities

Build relationships with current and prospective customers, respond to inquiries, present products, and provide ongoing customer support. Process orders, coordinate with logistics and shipping teams, communicate order updates, and maintain strong product and market knowledge.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or proven experience in engineering, business, or a related field is required; experience in the pumping or water industry is an advantage. Dutch fluency is required, while English proficiency is an asset, along with analytical, communication, sales, negotiation, and CRM skills.
