How you create impact Drive Road Logistics' AI transformation by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities that deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, and scalable process improvements. Evaluate complex business challenges and determine the most effective solution approach using Generative AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or a combination of technologies. Design, build, and validate AI-powered proofs of concept, pilots, and minimum viable products to accelerate innovation and business adoption. Define scalable solution architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing processes, systems, and enterprise technology standards. Collaborate with operational teams, process owners, and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, impactful AI solutions. Establish governance, quality, and performance frameworks while shaping the future Road Logistics operating model through innovative, responsible, and scalable AI applications. What we would like you to bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 5 years of experience delivering AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or digital transformation solutions from concept through production deployment. Strong expertise across AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, machine learning, optimization, and intelligent automation, with the ability to select the right approach for a business challenge. Hands-on experience with AI development tools and platforms such as Python, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, LangChain, or similar technologies, as well as automation and workflow solutions. Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact, ideally within logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, transportation, or other operations-intensive environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS), AI governance, responsible AI principles, and agile ways of working in global, cross-functional organizations. Core Responsibilities

Lead the Road Logistics AI transformation by identifying high-value opportunities and designing, building, and validating AI proofs of concept, pilots, and production-ready solutions. Define scalable architectures and governance frameworks, integrate solutions with existing systems, and collaborate with operational and technology stakeholders to improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or a related field is requested, or equivalent practical experience. Candidates should have at least five years of experience delivering AI or digital transformation solutions, strong expertise in relevant AI technologies and tools, a record of measurable business impact, and experience with stakeholder management, enterprise systems, governance, and agile work.
