From the first search to a new colleague’s first weeks, the hiring journey is yours. Recruitment You own the full recruitment process: vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and contracts. You source actively with your own LinkedIn Recruiter seat, and you know where niche talent spends its time. You partner with hiring managers to sharpen role profiles and make the right call, fast. You make sure every candidate has a personal, positive experience, whether they join us or not. You track recruitment metrics and propose improvements to streamline the process. You strengthen our employer brand through job content, events and initiatives you create or join. Onboarding You coordinate onboarding for every new hire, from first-day preparation to a smooth landing in their team. You make sure new-hire details are recorded accurately in our HR systems, ready for payroll. You are the first point of contact for new colleagues during their first months, and you check in to make sure they feel at home. You collect feedback from new hires and use it to improve both hiring and onboarding. Room to grow Recruitment is the heart of this role, and you’re welcome to excel there. What do you bring? What we ask At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally including onboarding. Experience hiring in niche markets and/or for consultancies. Working knowledge of Dutch employment contracts and onboarding processes. Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written. A proactive, discreet and reliable way of working, with an eye for detail. Nice to have Experience hiring for transformation, Agile/SAFe or Product Portfolio Management (PPM) roles. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS such as Recruitee, or Nmbrs. An affinity with the Atlassian ecosystem or IT consultancy. Why Brainboss? Core Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment process for consultants and specialists, from sourcing and interviews through offers and contracts, while partnering with hiring managers and improving candidate experience and recruitment processes. Coordinate onboarding, maintain accurate new-hire records, support new colleagues during their first months, and strengthen the employer brand.

Requirements

At least two years of recruitment experience is required, ideally including onboarding and hiring in niche markets or consultancies. Candidates should understand Dutch employment contracts and onboarding, communicate well in Dutch and English, and work proactively, discreetly, reliably, and with attention to detail.
