Role Description We are looking for a creative and motivated Video Editor Intern to join our production team. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will gain hands-on experience working on real client projects, from creative development to post-production. Your responsibilities will include: Editing professional video content for brands, startups, entrepreneurs, and events. Organizing raw footage and creating engaging video sequences. Synchronizing audio, adding transitions, and improving video quality. Performing basic color correction and color grading. Creating motion graphics, titles, subtitles, and visual effects. Editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Collaborating with the production team on creative concepts and storytelling. Bringing fresh ideas and experimenting with new editing techniques and social media trends. Participating in feedback sessions and improving your work through creative collaboration. Qualifications Currently studying Film, Media, Audiovisual Production, Creative Media, or a related field. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics. A good understanding of visual storytelling and video production. Familiarity with social media video formats and current content trends. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team. A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work are preferred. Requirements

Applicants must currently live in the Netherlands, speak Dutch, and be studying film, media, audiovisual production, creative media, or a related field. They should have experience with video-editing software, basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics, and an understanding of visual storytelling and social media trends.
