Job Description

Picture this: colleagues in dozens of countries, learning new skills through a new platform, going through onboarding that actually makes sense, and being assessed with tools that genuinely help them grow. Making that happen is what our Global People Development team does every day, and we're looking for a working student who wants in on the action. This isn't a "fetch coffee and file documents" position. You'll get your hands on real global projects: helping colleagues around the world get excited about our new LMS (Workday Learning), smoothing out onboarding across countries, and supporting the roll-out of Assessio, our recruitment and development assessment tool. What Your Days Could Look Like One day you're drafting a punchy post to get people talking about a new learning campaign. The next, you're coordinating onboarding logistics with a colleague in another timezone, or digging into how Assessio is landing with users and turning that into a clear how-to guide. You'll also get to scout out new learning tools and trends, because if you spot something nice that could make our learning experience better, we want to hear about it. In Short, You'll Help promote and grow our new LMS through communication, guides, campaigns, and creative content (yes, video and photo too) Support the roll-out of onboarding activities across all our countries Help scale Assessio: launch support, tracking progress, writing guidelines Keep our learning programmes running smoothly behind the scenes: scheduling, invites, logistics Bring fresh ideas on new learning methods and technologies Sound like you? You're studying HR, L&D, or something in that direction (3rd/4th year, ideally) You've got 8-16 hours a week free for the next 6-12 months Your English is fluent, spoken and written You’re well organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, without letting the details slip. You've got a natural feel for design and communication that actually gets read You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask "why do we do it this way?" What You Get In Return Real projects to own, not just admin tasks. A close-up view of leadership programmes in an international setting. A team that's cross-cultural, down-to-earth, and genuinely happy to teach you things. And hours that flex around your study schedule, because we know studying comes first. How do we get to know each other? Curious? Reach out to Jetty Hoogenboom, Global Learning & Development Manager, at . She's happy to tell you more. Unsolicited acquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated. #HEUGL
