About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 🧭 Purpose of the Role As Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations within the warehouse. You ensure efficient execution of processes such as receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. You lead by example, actively participating in operations while guiding, motivating, and developing your team to maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment. 📌 Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload across the team. Provide on-the-job training and skill development for team members. Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks or process issues, and take timely corrective actions. Escalate risks and communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse output with broader business goals. Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety standards. 🎯 Competencies And Skills Strong organizational and communication skills Hands-on mentality and leading by example Problem-solving ability and decisiveness Coaching leadership style and team-oriented mindset Knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics systems Experience with KPIs and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S is a plus) 🎓 Education And Experience MBO+ level of education, preferably in logistics or supply chain Minimum of 1 year experience in a Teamleaders role within a warehouse environment Experience with WMS systems and basic proficiency in MS Office Good command of English, spoken and written Required availability to work in the weekends (structurally Saturday’s or Sunday’s), extra allowance is applicable. Requirements

Requires MBO+ education, preferably in logistics or supply chain, and at least one year of experience as a warehouse team leader. Candidates should have WMS and basic Microsoft Office experience, good spoken and written English, and availability to work structurally on Saturdays or Sundays.
