The Role is for a full time (40H), office based role (Location: near Amsterdam RAI train station) Accerio is a small dynamic international company managing clients globally in terms of Extended Producer Responsibility compliance. We are looking for an accountant also keen in helping developing tools to streamline current processes (initiatives are stimulated). www.accerio.com 1. Accounting & Financial Management Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded, categorized, and reconciled Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation Complete monthly reconciliations of bank activity, client expenses, payments, credits, and other financial transactions Process and reconcile vendor and other business expenses Obtain and review statements of account and reconcile outstanding invoices, payments, credits, and refunds Identify and follow up on credit memos, refunds, and other amounts due to Accerio or its clients Assist with month-end financial close activities and preparation of financial reports 2. Client Billing, Expenses & Collections Interface with vendors to obtain accurate vendor details to ensure timely and accurate payments Manage and process client expense payments and ensure expenses are properly recorded and supported by appropriate documentation Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with client contracts, billing arrangements, and approved fees, Maintain customer billing information, rates, purchase order requirements, invoicing instructions, and billing models, manage accounts receivable and collections, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up on past-due invoices 3. EPR Reporting & Compliance Support Support the Reporting Manager with the preparation and submission of EPR reports Gather, review, organize, and validate data required for EPR reporting

Core Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile transactions and invoices, process vendor and client expenses, and support month-end close and financial reporting. Prepare client invoices, monitor receivables and collections, and support the Reporting Manager with data validation and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting.
