What You'll Do We are looking for experienced professionals (4+ years of industry or consulting experience) to join our Amsterdam team at Consultant level. We welcome candidates from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds. You don’t need to have started your career in consulting to succeed at BCG , many of our consultants bring valuable experience from industry or research and go on to become thought leaders in their fields. As a Consultant at BCG Amsterdam, you’ll harness your expertise to drive projects, mentor colleagues, and shape strategic decisions. What You'll Bring A master’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience (in consulting or industry). Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability in critical thinking and solution creation, translating insights into actionable strategies. Agility to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Strong communication skills, articulating strategies and insights with clarity and impact to global clients. Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes. Proficiency in Dutch and English For digital strategy opportunities, we look for a broad skill set combined with a strong passion for digital and technology. In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients. Core Responsibilities

Lead project workstreams, conduct quantitative and observational analyses, and develop and present strategic recommendations to clients. Facilitate client workshops, communicate with executive stakeholders, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to thought leadership and BCG capabilities.

Requirements

Requires a master’s degree, at least four years of relevant consulting or industry experience, and proficiency in Dutch and English. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, presentation, leadership, and collaboration skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
