That is what you will use your talents for as a Professional Operational Services at Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management. You will support our Fiduciary Management clients and investment teams by managing operational processes, improving data quality, and contributing to innovation and project‑based work within our Solutions & Strategy Services team. You also have the following tasks: Manage daily operational activities such as reconciliation, collateral management and valuation/processing of multi‑asset class instruments (incl. Private Equity & Real Estate investments). Contribute and be part of the annual work for our UK clients. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of client data and documentation. Act as a central link between clients, internal teams, and external parties. Improve and automate processes using modern tools, including AI. Contribute to client onboardings, transitions and key client discussions. Safeguard quality, service, regulatory compliance and client needs. You also have: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in asset management, fiduciary management, or consulting are a plus). Strong analytical skills and the ability to switch between tasks. Proficiency in AI Agents and Microsoft Excel is a plus. Affinity with process improvement and data quality. As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will also receive: a gross monthly salary between €3,750 and €4,250, depending on your knowledge and experience a flexible budget amounting to 19.47% of your gross salary. Core Responsibilities

Manage daily operational processes for fiduciary management clients and investment teams, including reconciliations, collateral management, and valuation and processing of multi-asset investments. Maintain accurate client data and documentation, coordinate with clients and other stakeholders, support onboarding and transitions, and improve processes through automation and project work.

Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is requested, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience; internships or entry-level experience in asset management, fiduciary management, or consulting are relevant. Candidates should have strong analytical and task-switching abilities, an interest in process improvement and data quality, and good English; proficiency in AI Agents and Excel is a plus, as is Dutch.
