Als Operationeel Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige operatie rondom zware voertuigen, personenwagens en het bandenwarehouse. Je stuurt de vestigingsmanager en warehousemanager aan, bewaakt de resultaten en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen om de operatie soepel te laten verlopen.
Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met de algemeen directeur en krijgt de bevoegdheid om medewerkers aan te nemen, processen te verbeteren en operationele knelpunten op te lossen. Zo heb je directe invloed op hoe de organisatie functioneert én zich verder ontwikkelt.

You will be responsible for the entire operation involving heavy vehicles, passenger cars, and the tire warehouse. You will manage the branch and warehouse managers while independently making decisions to optimize operational processes.
Requirements
Candidates must possess HBO level education and strong leadership capabilities. You should be capable of managing personnel and improving operational workflows.
