As our Stylist, you will lead the end-to-end styling execution across all MR MARVIS creative productions. Working from our Amsterdam HQ and on set, you will ensure every garment, fit, and prop aligns seamlessly with our premium aesthetic and visual standards.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Production team, E-com Producers, Creative Lead, and external campaign stylists, balancing autonomous workflow with high-impact team output.

About MR MARVIS

MR MARVIS is an Amsterdam-based menswear brand, dedicated to creating the perfect shorts, trousers and tops. As a Certified B Corporation, we’re proud to be part of a community of companies working together for change, and taking part in collective action to advocate for a shared goal of a global economy that benefits people and the planet.

What started in 2016 with three founders has now grown into a team of 300+ people representing 40+ nationalities. Having established a strong online presence across Europe, we’re now growing our international retail network. Today, you’ll find us in cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris and London.

We make slow fashion, with timeless design and craftsmanship at the centre. We are dedicated to doing better every day, creating value for our team, our suppliers, our customers, and everyone who interacts with our business.

What you'll do

  • (Creative) E-com Stylist: Lead on-set styling for all e-commerce shoots, maintaining complete knowledge of new collections to safeguard proper sizing, fit, and styling guidelines.

  • Creative Shoots Stylist: Act as lead stylist for monthly multi-day creative shoots (typically up to 5 people on set) outside of major brand campaigns.

  • Brand Campaigns Styling Assistant: Support external stylists on major brand campaigns, acting as the right hand and bridge between internal company needs and external creative direction while prepping garments, dressing models, and sourcing set design props.

  • Garment Care & Prep: Oversee the complete preparation, steaming, ironing, prepping, and returning of all garments, footwear, and accessories.

  • Wardrobe & Kit Management: Organize the internal styling wardrobe, track sample stock flow, manage garment loans, and maintain fully stocked styling kits (clamps, pins, tape, rollers).

  • Sample Management: Partner with Production to ensure all samples are handed over to Creative Production on schedule and shoot-ready.

  • Prop Sourcing: Source and return set design props based on art director briefs.

  • Retail Styling Alignment: Coordinate across Creative, Retail, Buying, and Merchandising teams to create seasonal guidelines for visual merchandising, store styling, and in-store personal styling.

  • Ability to work independently or with a team to meet tight production deadlines.

  • Fluency in English.
