About the role

As a Project Support Specialist - Technical Security Europe, you will play a critical role in supporting and coordinating technical security programs and projects across multiple countries and sites throughout Europe. Working closely with Security, Operations, Engineering, IT, Property, Business Development, and external partners, you will help ensure that technical security initiatives are delivered safely, consistently, and effectively.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, technical security, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including security system upgrades, new facility launches, warehouse expansions, automation programs, and compliance initiatives. Your work will help protect our people, assets, operations, and customers while supporting business growth and maintaining high security standards across the region.

How you will contribute
 

• Coordinate and support the delivery of technical security projects and programs across multiple European locations, ensuring activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and reporting dashboards to provide visibility of program performance.
• Manage project governance activities, including documentation, reporting, meeting coordination, action tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Support financial tracking activities including budget monitoring, forecasting, cost control, and project reporting.
• Administer and maintain project activities within Jira, ensuring accurate project tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with security system integrators, contractors, engineering partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain technical documentation, drawings, inventories, project records, and regional security information repositories.
• Support technical reviews, vendor assessments, tender processes, pricing tools, and standardization initiatives.
• Monitor project risks, system performance, compliance requirements, and improvement opportunities, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen technical security processes, governance, reporting, and project delivery.
   

What you will bring
 

• Experience supporting projects, programs, operations, engineering, security, technology, logistics, or similar business functions within a complex environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and project activities simultaneously.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across teams, functions, and countries.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools and project management systems such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms, with an interest in reporting and data analysis.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.
