We are seeking a Senior Quotation Engineer to join our team.
As a Senior Quotation Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive, and technically compliant quotations for customers across EMEA, supporting utility, data centre and industrial projects.
We are open to candidates from a broad engineering or industrial background. You do not need to be a Medium Voltage or switchgear specialist. You may currently be working in quotation engineering, estimating, tendering, proposals, technical sales or another commercial role within an engineering environment.
Location: Hengelo or Zaltbommel - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage quotations from RFQ through to project handover, working with commercial and technical teams to develop competitive solutions that meet customer requirements.

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations
- Review customer specifications and tender documentation
- Coordinate technical and commercial inputs
- Work with specialists to identify suitable solutions
- Consider pricing, lead times, profitability and project risks
- Manage quotation revisions, clarifications and project handovers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent experienceExperience in quotation, estimating, tendering, proposals, technical sales or a commercial role within an engineering or industrial environment
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into competitive commercial proposals
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to consider competitiveness, profitability and risk
- Experience in electrical engineering, power distribution, industrial equipment or similar technical industries is an advantage;
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with good written and spoken English
