We achieve this in collaboration with international partners who supply our city hubs, after which we handle the last-mile delivery with our electric fleet. This role may require availability on evenings or mornings and every Saturday. What You'll Do Our hubs keep the engine up and running: from supporting our riders to handling the bikes, and ensuring no package is lost in the shuffle. You will: Lead communication between the hub and our headquarters. Close the hub and ensure everything is tidy and ready to go for the next shift. Support the team with onboarding, problem-solving, and answering their questions. Quality (and quantity!) control for irregularities. Track hours, shifts, and KPIs for our biggest hub! Keep the hub running smoothly by fixing processes and removing blockers. What You'll Need Availability on evenings/mornings (4 weekdays + every Saturday). B2-level English (Dutch is nice but not necessary!) An eye for quality, safety, and following all security-related rules. To be physically fit: you will be walking and lifting a lot. Discipline, good organisational skills, and the ability to focus for long periods of time. Previous experience working in a hub / logistics would be nice (but not necessary!) Any relevant certificate (EPT, forklift, etc.) would be nice. At Peddler, we are always looking for ambitious individuals, from all kinds of backgrounds. Core Responsibilities

Lead communication between the hub and headquarters, support and onboard team members, and ensure the hub is closed, tidy, and ready for the next shift. Monitor quality, quantities, hours, shifts, and KPIs, while improving processes and resolving operational blockers.

Requirements

Availability is required for evenings or mornings across four weekdays and every Saturday, along with B2-level English. Candidates should be physically fit, organized, disciplined, attentive to quality and safety, and able to focus for extended periods; logistics experience and relevant equipment certificates are advantageous but not required.
