As a Cost Control Employee at The Grand, we ensure that all goods and supplies for the various departments of the hotel are efficiently managed. As a Cost Control Employee, you will support the Cost Controller in a variety of operational and administrative tasks, from physically checking deliveries to making sure all orders are distributed correctly. You Will Also Assist In Communicate daily with suppliers Check internal delivery systems and update all records Physically organize containers with goods at our receiving center Ensure stock levels are kept up to date Pick up deliveries and sort them for each department Coordinate with all departments to meet their needs Keep the purchase administration up to date Support with invoice processing and inventory reporting This role is a perfect opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience in a dynamic and luxurious hospitality environment, where excellence is a standard and growth is part of the journey. Core Responsibilities

Support the Cost Controller with supplier communication, delivery checks, receiving-center organization, stock updates, and distribution of goods to hotel departments. Maintain purchase records and assist with invoice processing and inventory reporting.

Requirements

Applicants should have an MBO diploma or higher, an energetic hands-on approach, and a hardworking, detail-oriented attitude. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is an advantage, and candidates must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
