Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an Investor Relations Officer to enhance our compliance framework and investor due diligence, based in our newest office in CitySide Amsterdam. As an Investor Relations Officer, you play a pivotal role in reinforcing our compliance with regulatory standards and safeguarding our investment processes. You are the key intermediary between our firm and its investors, ensuring that all due diligence is performed thoroughly and efficiently. You keep internal stakeholders informed of any potential risks or compliance issues related to our investors, allowing them to focus fully on managing and expanding strong, secure investment relationships. Your Responsibilities Performs investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and maintains up-to-date Investor Review Forms in line with company policies and procedures. Ensures investor profiles in the online portal are complete and kept current. Works in accordance with procedures to ensure subscriptions and documentation are processed accurately. Assists with risk analysis and maintains client dossiers. Proactively contributes to improving processes and procedures. Collaborates with internal teams and external specialists, and supports internal audits. Your profile You have a degree in law or other relevant field You have 3 to 6+ years of relevant work experience. You have a great sense of responsibility, and you take ownership of your work. You have a natural tendency to be curious and think outside of the box. You are a great communicator with a strong team spirit. You have an analytical and critical mindset. Core Responsibilities

Conduct investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring, maintain investor review forms and portal profiles, and ensure subscriptions and documentation are processed accurately. Support risk analysis, maintain client dossiers, improve procedures, collaborate with internal teams and external specialists, and assist with internal audits.

Requirements

A degree in law or another relevant field and 3 to 6 or more years of relevant work experience are required. The candidate should demonstrate responsibility, curiosity, strong communication and teamwork, analytical and critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
