About BeExact At BeExact, we use technology to strengthen how sport is played, analysed and experienced. From our office in Amersfoort, we’re developing our own sport camera and getting it ready for market, and we’re looking for a tech enthusiast to help make it a success. The role As our Innovation Specialist, you link our development team with the outside world. You help bring our sport camera to market and keep improving it. You test new cameras and technologies, and you turn what you learn in the field into clear input for our engineers. You’re also the go-to person for customers who are starting to use our new products. What you’ll do Help develop our sport camera and bring it to market, working with Engineering, Software Development and Operations. Act as the link between development and the outside world, including customers, clubs, partners and technology vendors. Test new cameras and hardware, then judge their quality, feasibility and fit for the sport sector. Support customers with new products through onboarding, troubleshooting and collecting feedback. Research emerging technologies and keep track of competitors and market trends. Run pilots and proof-of-concepts, document what you find and present recommendations to management. What you bring Broad, all-round technical knowledge across hardware, software, video and connectivity. A real interest in tech innovation and, ideally, in sport. Fluent Dutch and good English. An MBO 4 or HBO degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field. Preferably 1–3 years of experience in innovation, R&D, technical product work or a similar role. You’re curious, analytical, creative and practical, and you can explain complex technology simply to both engineers and customers. You live in or near Amersfoort, or you can travel there easily. Core Responsibilities

Help develop and launch BeExact’s sport camera by coordinating with engineering, software development, operations, customers, clubs, partners, and technology vendors. Test hardware, support customers, research market and technology trends, and run pilots and proof-of-concepts before presenting recommendations to management.

Requirements

Candidates should have broad technical knowledge spanning hardware, software, video, and connectivity, along with fluent Dutch and good English. An MBO 4 or HBO qualification in a relevant field is requested, and 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred; curiosity, analytical and practical thinking, and clear communication are also important.
