For this role we are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated and creative Account Manager to join our teams in The Netherlands. The Role Do you have a passion for retail design and branded environments? You will design shop-in-shop concepts and store layouts for world-class brands, using the furniture library that Outform designs and produces in its own factory. Per project, you either create a new tailor-made layout in line with the brand concept or select the right modular furniture and make it unique with bespoke elements for that location. Job Title: Junior 3D Revit Designer Reporting to: Design Lead Location: Mijdrecht Hours of work: 40 hrs Key Responsibilities Turn brand design concepts into detailed Revit drawings and store layout proposals. Set up and maintain Revit furniture libraries. Create 3D renders that show clients the design intent. Plan customer journey, zoning, routing and lighting. Work closely with engineering and production in our own factory. Key Skills and Experience Deep knowledge of Autodesk Revit is a must. Bachelor in Interior, Industrial or Spatial Design, or similar. 1–2 years' experience; strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluent English, a proactive learner and a flexible team player who can manage multiple projects. Software Revit (proficient, required) 3ds Max, Enscape or V-Ray for rendering (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)

Core Responsibilities

Create detailed Revit drawings, store layouts, and 3D renders that translate brand concepts into retail environments. Maintain Revit furniture libraries and coordinate with engineering and production teams on customer journeys, zoning, routing, and lighting.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Interior, Industrial, or Spatial Design, or a similar field, is sought, along with strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit. The role is suited to candidates with 1–2 years of experience or strong recent graduates who are fluent in English, proactive learners, flexible team players, and able to manage multiple projects.
