We focus on the intersection of pop, electronic, and forward-thinking sound, while reshaping the traditional label dynamic through fair, transparent, and innovative deal structures that empower artists rather than restrict them. About the Role We are seeking an Artist Liaison to build and maintain the operational engine that powers our creative talent. Serving as the grounding force behind our day-to-day sessions, shoots, and campaigns, you will turn visionary music strategy into seamless, supportive, and scalable artist experiences. Organise logistics for photo and music video shoots, including location bookings, call sheets, talent needs, and crew coordination. Assist with day-to-day admin, vendor payments, expense tracking, and contract administration for studio sessions and artists. Step in flexibly to support broader team needs and travel as required for creative projects, What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Artist Liaison, Music Production Coordinator, Talent Manager, or in a similar music industry role. Strong understanding of studio workflows, music video/photo shoot production, and creative project lifecycles. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com), Google Workspace, and team communication platforms. Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to work with high-profile personalities under pressure. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a track record of meeting tight deadlines. Uncompromising integrity and discretion when handling sensitive personal, artistic, and corporate information. Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the confidence to liaise across artists, creative teams, and business executives. An adaptable, hands-on mindset with the flexibility to travel and work on-site during late-running sessions or shoots. As Artist Liaison, your ability to cultivate exceptional creative environments, run seamless operations, and build trust on the ground will directly impact how empowered and supported our artists feel. By establishing a world-class standard of talent care and execution, you will play a critical role in proving that an ethical, innovative, and artist-first music company can scale globally. This is a rare chance to join at the foundation of a label that intends to lead the future of music, not follow it.
