Your Role We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Brand Manager to join our Rare Tumors team in the Netherlands. You will define requirements for and oversee the development of promotional and educational materials, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and customer needs, and lead the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) approval process end to end. You will coordinate the annual brand planning cycle in close collaboration with Medical, MAP/GAP, and other relevant functions, and monitor regulatory updates and competitor activity to keep materials compliant and competitive. As the face of the brand to customers, you will promote the licensed portfolio through on-label scientific dialogue, organizing activities such as small group meetings and roundtable events, while working in close alignment with Medical. You will build in-depth knowledge of your accounts, driving systematic account planning that reflects a 360° view of clinical pathways, patient journeys, and payer considerations, and blending face-to-face with virtual engagement through our omnichannel tools. You will also develop a strong understanding of local healthcare pathways and payer policies, identifying practical service or pathway improvement opportunities, and channel relevant field insights back into brand, medical, and access strategies. Fulfilling pharmacovigilance and quality assurance duties, and promptly escalating any drug safety or quality issues, is an integral part of this role. This role is essential to the growth and success of the Rare Tumors franchise in the Netherlands. If you are passionate about bringing scientific rigor and customer focus together to make a high impact, we invite you to apply. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Experience in a marketing role within a specialist care therapeutic area (oncology, neurology etc). Experience working within hospital systems and complex stakeholder environments. Strong scientific and therapeutic area knowledge (on-label), with sound judgment on when to hand over off-label, pipeline, or medical-only conversations to Medical Affairs. Strong strategic influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. Excellent cross-functional coordination and collaboration skills, combined with genuine team-playing abilities and empathy. Clear, impactful communicator with strategic and critical thinking, strong problem-solving, and solid project management skills. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement, and market access. Able to travel ~40% of the time, country-wide within The Netherlands with a valid driving licence. Fluent in Dutch. Desirable Skills Business level or above proficiency in English. Experience with rare diseases or tumors. Exposure to Market Access. Confident user of virtual and omnichannel engagement tools.
