Project Manager Social
Key Skills
Job Description
Dentsu Creative is looking for an experienced Social & Content Project Manager for an international luxury account. You bring structure, precision and momentum to a busy creative environment. You own delivery, set clear priorities and turn commitments into action. You confidently challenge requests, hold stakeholders accountable and make clear what is achievable within the agreed timing, scope, budget and quality standards. You plan carefully, adapt when priorities change and keep everyone clear on what needs to happen next. Your first major assignment, together with the Account Lead, is to lead the client’s operational onboarding. You will translate the agreed scope into clear responsibilities, documented workflows and the right tools. You will set up planning and approval processes and establish a regular rhythm for meetings, reporting and decision-making. You will ensure the client, internal teams and production partners adopt and follow this setup, addressing bottlenecks and refining processes to build a smooth-running operation that consistently delivers high-quality work. You will then own day-to-day social and content delivery, translating strategy and creative ideas into clear plans and well-executed work. While the Account Lead leads the overall client relationship and account development, you independently manage project-level client communication, drive decisions and align stakeholders on priorities, progress and next steps. Working with teams across markets, you will oversee content calendars, workflows, approvals and delivery, ensuring every asset meets the brand’s standards for quality, craft and consistency. Your responsibilities Lead the client’s operational onboarding, establishing clear workflows, tools, responsibilities and approval processes. Embed and maintain the agreed way of working, including meetings, reporting and decision-making. Own social and content delivery from briefing to publication and evaluation, managing timelines, budgets, resources and scope. Coordinate the client, international stakeholders, internal teams and production partners across markets, languages and formats. Manage content calendars, feedback, approvals and publication, safeguarding brand consistency and quality. Drive decisions, hold stakeholders accountable and address risks, scope changes and bottlenecks early. Continuously improve delivery and workflows, using performance insights and team feedback. Your profile You have 5+ years of relevant project management experience in an agency or creative environment, focused on social and content. You have managed international accounts and onboarded clients, turning agreements into clear workflows that teams consistently follow. You confidently manage budgets, resources, scope, content calendars and production planning. You independently lead projects and communicate confidently with clients and multidisciplinary teams. You are organized, precise and dependable, combining clear priorities with flexibility when circumstances change. You are assertive and diplomatic: you challenge requests, address missed commitments and offer practical solutions. You understand social platforms, content formats and the importance of brand consistency. You are fluent in English and available for 40 hours per week (32–36 negotiable). Nice to have French language proficiency. Experience working with luxury brands, including an understanding of their expectations around brand consistency, craft and attention to detail. Bonus points if your knowledge of fine watchmaking goes beyond the crown.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the client’s operational onboarding by establishing workflows, tools, responsibilities, approval processes, and regular reporting and decision-making routines. Own international social and content delivery from briefing through publication and evaluation, managing timelines, budgets, resources, stakeholders, quality, and process improvements.
