Over Longfish Leisure: Longfish Leisure BV ontwerpt, bouwt en verhuurt sinds 2010 elektrische recreatieproducten aan vakantieparken, attractie- en pretparken en safariparken in meer dan 25 landen. Van officieel gelicentieerde Land Rover- en Jeep-kindervoertuigen tot luxe elektrische sloepen en loungeboten: alles wordt gebouwd om jarenlang intensief gebruik moeiteloos te doorstaan. Longfish is officieel partner van Jaguar Land Rover en Jeep en aangesloten bij branche-organisaties als IAAPA, EAZA en VDFU. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt vanuit de productielocatie in Wintelre, waar je vooral buiten het hoogseizoen (november t/m maart) de handen vol hebt aan assemblage. In het seizoen trek je er juist op uit om bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland service en onderhoud te verzorgen aan het brede productenpalet, van elektrische kindervoertuigen tot elektrisch aangedreven boten. Omdat onze klanten zich door heel Nederland en in het buitenland bevinden, kan het voorkomen dat voor een servicebezoek in het buitenland één of meerdere overnachtingen nodig zijn. Wat breng je mee? Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Automotive, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. Kennis van en affiniteit met automotive techniek: motoren, aandrijflijnen en elektronica / diagnosesystemen. Ervaring in een assemblage- en/of service-omgeving. Oplossingsgericht: signaleert problemen snel, denkt in mogelijkheden en pakt zaken pragmatisch aan zowel in de werkplaats als zelfstandig op locatie bij de klant. Zelfstandig: werkt goed zonder directe begeleiding en blijft kalm en beheerst wanneer zich onderweg of bij de klant een probleem voordoet. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt mee met de klant en voelt je thuis in klein en internationaal een team. Een geldig rijbewijs B + E. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift; een derde taal is een pré. Wat bieden wij? As an Assembly and Service Technician at Longfish Leisure, you build and maintain the vehicles and boats that make days out just that little bit more exciting for thousands of families. Longfish is an official partner of Jaguar Land Rover and Jeep and a member of industry organisations such as IAAPA, EAZA and VDFU. What will you be doing? You will work from our production site in Wintelre, where you will be kept busy with assembly and product develpment, mainly outside the peak season (November to March). During the rest of the year, you will instead be out on the road, carrying out service and maintenance for customers in the Netherlands and abroad on our wide product range, from electric children's vehicles to electrically powered boats. As our customers are located throughout the Netherlands and abroad, a service visit abroad may occasionally require one or more overnight stays. What do you bring: Ideally a completed technical education preferably in Automotive, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar. Knowledge of and affinity with mechanics: engines, drivetrains and electronics/diagnostic systems. Experience in an assembly and/or service environment. Solution-oriented: spots problems quickly, thinks in terms of possibilities and tackles matters pragmatically, both in the workshop and independently on site at the customer's. Independent: works well without direct supervision and stays calm and composed when a problem arises on the road or at the customer's site. You work accurately, think along with the customer and feel at home in a small, international team. A valid category B driving licence, BE is a plus. A good command of English, Dutch is a benefit as is German, Spanish or French. Core Responsibilities

Assemble recreational vehicles and boats at the Wintelre production site, primarily outside the peak season. During the season, travel to customer sites in the Netherlands and abroad to provide service and maintenance, with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

The role seeks a technically trained candidate, preferably in automotive, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field, with knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electronics, and diagnostic systems. Assembly or service experience, a solution-oriented and independent approach, a valid category B driving licence (BE preferred), and good Dutch and English skills are requested.
