WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES First experience in a sports or fashion retail environment. Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales. Effective customer service & sales skills. Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & cuirous. Good communications skills in English. Your Activities Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values. Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals. Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor. Core Responsibilities

Represent the adidas brand by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers, while supporting sales and store goals. Collaborate with the team on deliveries and replenishment, complete relevant training, and take ownership of learning and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Candidates should have initial experience in sports or fashion retail, knowledge of store KPIs and how to use them to drive sales, and effective customer service and sales skills. The role also calls for teamwork, resilience, eagerness to learn, curiosity, and good English communication skills.
