Responsibilities Depending on your chosen department, you will: Support the daily operations and projects within your team Deliver excellent service to guests, customers and colleagues Assist with planning, administration and reporting activities Contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Collaborate with colleagues across departments Participate in team meetings, training sessions and development activities Gain valuable experience within an international hospitality environment Management Internships In Addition To Operational Responsibilities, You Will Support managers with departmental projects and strategic initiatives Assist with performance analysis and reporting Gain exposure to budgeting, planning and leadership activities Develop leadership, communication and organisational skills Participate in business reviews and management meetings Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in a MBO, Bachelor's or Master's programme in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences Positive, professional and proactive attitude Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements Previous hospitality, customer service or office experience is an advantage Interest in building a career within hospitality Dutch or additional language skills are a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Your Benefits & Perks Free meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations We provide a monthly allowance of €550 for Operational Internships and €750 for Management Internships, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with coverage of travel and job-related expenses. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled in an MBO, bachelor's, or master's program in hospitality or a related field, communicate well in English, and be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands. The employer seeks a proactive, professional, team-oriented candidate with a passion for hospitality; prior relevant experience, Dutch or other languages, and Microsoft Office knowledge are advantageous.
