Job Description

Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

Compressor Systems & Services EMEIA

Location

This is a fully remote role and may be based anywhere within Europe.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead and scale our Account-Based Marketing strategy across the Compressor Systems & Services business in EMEIA.

Partnering closely with Commercial leaders and Marketing teams, you will drive growth within priority strategic, enterprise, and OEM accounts through targeted engagement strategies that increase account penetration, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

As the ABM subject matter expert, you will define account strategies, establish scalable ABM frameworks, and lead the execution of account-centric marketing programs aligned to key business priorities. You will also translate customer and market insights into compelling value propositions, integrated marketing programs, and customer engagement strategies that drive business growth.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role requiring strong B2B marketing expertise, commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate effectively across a complex, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

ABM Strategy & Account Growth

  • Develop and lead the ABM strategy for strategic, enterprise, and OEM accounts.

  • Define account selection, segmentation, prioritization, and engagement frameworks aligned to business objectives and growth priorities.

  • Identify growth opportunities and develop account-centric strategies that drive customer engagement, pipeline expansion, and revenue growth.

  • Establish scalable ABM best practices, processes, and frameworks that can be adopted across the organization.

Strategic Account Marketing & Program Execution

  • Design and execute integrated ABM programs combining personalized content, digital engagement, customer insights, industry events, and targeted campaigns to engage key buying groups.

  • Develop insight-led marketing programs for priority accounts and buying groups aligned to customer needs and business growth objectives.

  • Define compelling value propositions, messaging, and content strategies that resonate with customer challenges and market opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Communications, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver impactful customer experiences while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Serve as the ABM subject matter expert, providing guidance, best practices, and strategic direction across the organization.

Cross-Functional Alignment, Performance & Optimization

  • Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to track account engagement, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, marketing effectiveness, and business impact.

  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and business teams around priority accounts, account plans, and growth objectives.

  • Provide clear reporting and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of priorities and outcomes.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging ABM methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enhance program effectiveness and scalability.

  • Leverage customer, account, market, and performance insights to continuously optimize programs and improve results.

Required Experience

  • Proven B2B Account-Based Marketing experience within complex enterprise environments, with demonstrated success developing and executing ABM strategies for strategic, enterprise, and/or OEM accounts.

  • Experience supporting long sales-cycle enterprise environments and complex buying committees in OEMs and industrial, engineering, technology, or manufacturing-focused customer segments.

  • Strong understanding of modern ABM methodologies, account planning, customer intelligence, and data-driven marketing approaches.

  • Experience developing integrated B2B marketing strategies incorporating digital marketing, content, communications, events, and demand generation.

  • Strong understanding of customer buying journeys, account growth strategies, and revenue-focused marketing.

  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, content strategies, and customer engagement programs aligned to business objectives.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, intent data, and account intelligence platforms.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with a clear understanding of pipeline creation, opportunity development, and revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional skills.

Travel & Work Arrangements

We are seeking exceptional ABM talent and therefore prioritize capabilities, experience, and business impact over location. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with commercial and marketing stakeholders across the EMEIA region while enjoying the flexibility of a remote-first working model.

What We Offer

A highly competitive compensation package will be offered to attract an outstanding marketing professional with a proven track record of building and scaling account-based marketing programs in complex B2B environments. Our benefits package is location-dependent; we’ll walk you through the specifics as we move forward in the process.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior ABM Manager will lead and scale the account-based marketing strategy for strategic, enterprise, and OEM accounts across EMEIA. They are responsible for defining account frameworks, executing integrated marketing programs, and driving pipeline growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

The role requires proven B2B account-based marketing experience within complex enterprise or industrial environments. Candidates must possess strong commercial acumen, expertise in modern ABM methodologies, and the ability to manage complex buying committees.
