- Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex and related Salesforce technologies.
- Administer and configure the nCino platform to support banking and loan-related business processes.
- Integrate nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and appropriate authentication protocols.
- Manage deployment automation and release processes using CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT.
- Work with SQL and database technologies to support data management, querying, and application requirements.
- Use Azure DevOps for pipeline management, work tracking, and development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in an Agile development environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure the reliability of nCino solutions.
- Follow development standards, version control practices, and established deployment procedures.
- Around 6 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex development.
- Hands-on experience in nCino administration and configuration.
- Experience integrating nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly AutoRABIT, for deployment automation.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and work tracking, including Simplify@Scale practices.
- Experience with Git and version control is an advantage.
- Knowledge of banking, lending, and loan-related business processes.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop, customize, and maintain scalable nCino and Salesforce applications.
- Design and implement system integrations while ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
