As a Trainee Commercial AI, you will help develop and implement AI-driven solutions that support business growth within the Sports segment and beyond. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders, you will explore how intelligent lighting solutions, connected systems, and AI technologies can create value for customers.   This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to combine an interest in AI, business, and sports in a fast-growing, future-oriented environment.

• Support the development and deployment of AI-powered commercial tools and initiatives.
• Research trends in sports, lighting technology, customer experience, and digital innovation.
• Analyze customer ecosystems, market developments, and growth opportunities within Sports and other segments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption.
• Explore and apply AI tools, including generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT.
• Support innovation projects that enhance customer engagement through connected lighting and digital solutions.
• Contribute to business insights, presentations, and recommendations that drive commercial growth.

More about you

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, Economics, Technology, AI, Data Analytics, or a related field. You are a recent graduate.

• Experience with AI tools, academic projects, internships, or thesis work related to digital innovation is a plus.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, sports, innovation, and commercial business.
• Curious mindset with a passion for learning about new technologies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
